The groom’s sister-in-law got in touch to hire me for the wedding photography of Madhav and Sridevi. The ask was to capture the ceremonies in a candid way. The Haldi ceremony was held at Madhav’s residence in Phoenix One. Due to COVID restrictions, only immediate family and close friends were invited. After the Haldi ceremony in Bangalore, the wedding took place at the bride’s hometown in AP. However there was a reception held in Bangalore at the Four Seasons, attended by both sides of the family. Towards the end of the day I got to make some portraits of the couple. They were gracious enough to provide the time and enthusiasm even though they were quite tired from the day’s ceremonies.
The family were very warm and both events were a close knit affair with family and friends present.
